Inspired by this TED talk:
I have decided to start a couple of 30-day challenges of my own. Challenge #1, to dance to one song everyday. Sometimes when I want to amuse BabyN I put him on his rocker and dance for him, and he loves it. I figured I can use his amusement to my benefit(weight loss). So that would be my first 30-day challenge. Challenge #2, to eat oatmeal everyday. I HATE OATMEAL, especially the non-instant variety. If I have to eat it, I need to dress it up with lots of nuts and raisins, that too I cannot handle it everyday. But considering how good it is for the body, I am going to try to eat oatmeal for the next 30 days.
So here it is – my 30-day challenge starts today, July 6 2011, and will go on until August 5th, 2011. I will post weekly updates on my progress.
